Shipping and Delivery

Due to high demand, it takes us 1 - 3 business days to process your order. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity of the products. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 9 - 12 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website.

Return

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.


SHIPPING POLICY


When will my order be processed?

All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering, and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship or process on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse closest to you. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 10-15 business days for delivery depending on your location.
